1. Working Theory
Slicer is a process of cooling and crystallization. The melted material in tray contacts with cooled rotary-drum to form film on surface of rotary-drum. Through the heat exchange between film and shell, the film cools and crystallizes to be scraped and become sheet.
Rotary-drum drying is a continuous operating procedure to heat and dry the material or strip material attached on outside of shell through heat conduct from rotary-drum.
